Our Services
Services consist of:
1. Interviewing the entrepeneur and identifying what business might suit them best.
2. Business entity formation and legal paperwork, such as bylaws or articles of organization.
3. Assistance with setting up bank accounts.
4. Fundraising assistance through crowdfunding, and other sources like small business administration financing.
5. Assistance in business plans, marketing plans, standard operating procedures for business selected.
6. Assistance with securing retail lease and/or implementation of e-commerce website.
7. Ongoing advisory functions re: HR, payroll, legal, and accounting oversight services (monthly fee). Can be canceled at any time.
8. Fees: $10,000 at contract signing and $10,000 more once the business is operational. $500 a month for ongoing advisory functions once business is operational.
